Set spies on the cable television show, Hannah Montana, have just revealed some shocking news that may give fans of the show cause to worry. It turns out that star Miley Cyrus and her father Billy Ray want out of the show. For Miley, she says she wants to concentrate more on her singing career rather than acting, while her father suggests that there’s more money to be made from a singing career rather than a “Disney cable show.”
Apparently, the father-daughter duo were acting like a couple of spoiled rockstars by showing up on the set late, infuriating the rest of the cast and crew, and stalling production. There seems to be an ulterior motive behind their “unprofessional” behavior. Sources say that Billy Ray has been making hints that he and his daughter are just going to put up with doing twelve more episodes before they call it quits.
Of course, all this doesn’t sit well with everybody else. Miley’s now ex-bestfriend, Emily Osment who plays Lilly Truscott in the show, “is so bitter she literally turns away from Miley after each scene.” Also, Emily’s dad allegedly got into a rather tasteless exchange of words with Billy ray, saying, in a nutshell, that he and his daughter were unprofessional.
As for Disney, the children’s media mogul took the time to call Billy Ray’s agent and told how they were “ingrates,” and “insisted” that the two Cyrus’ not only should finish the twenty four episodes but also added six more to their schedule. That’s showing them who’s the boss.

SNL star and prime comedienne Amy Poehler will take a maternity leave from Saturday Night Live after the November elections. Amy is pregnant with her first child with Arrested Development Star Will Arnett and it looks like she won’t be coming back to the most-watched comedy skit show in the world. Men’s Vogue reports:
“It’s gonna be really hard — Boyz II Men hard — to say goodbye to yesterday. ‘SNL’ was dangerous, late-night, last-minute and star-studded, but like any good drug, you need to know when to put it down”
Amy Poehler also stars in many films such as Baby Mama with SNL co-star Tina Fey and Blades of Glory. She has also done numerous tv guestings in several comedy series like Arrested Development, where she played Gob’s (Will Arnett’s character) accidental wife.
It’s pretty sad news for the world of comedy, but maybe being a mother is much more important to her than make millions of people laugh. Way to go, Amy!

If Jessica Alba likes her Whole Foods, then Britney Spears loves her Starbucks. After *not* screwing up at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards, the songstress turned alcoholic turned psychotic turned early candidate for redemption (did I miss anything?) seems to be in high spirits while buying coffee from a local Starbucks.
She was seen wearing a pink tanktop and white shorts while holding what appears to be bottled water and a tall frappucino. Oh yeah, and flip flops. Honestly, whoever reads this part of the story? I mean the part where we describe what they’re wearing–just look at the pictures damn it!
Things appear to be on the up and up for Spears. Her latest single, “Womanizer,” is a tribute to Lindsay Lohan (just kidding) and is set to drop on September 22 of this year. Also, fans should also expect a brand new album on December 2nd, which also, coincidence or not, happens to be the day when she’ll be turning 27.

Photos of Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria-Parker exiting Marvel studios were taken and with the pile of reading material she’s holding, it seems like she’s taking on a challenging new role as a superhero. An Avengers comic book was spotted at the top of her reading stash and rumors of the TV star starring in the next movie installment is flying over the internet.
So, is Eva Longoria ready to be a superhero? Will her savvy latina features do her good in this next career move?
It looks like the rumor is true, Eva Longoria will start shooting Avengers in 2011, around the same time Desperate Housewives will be ending.

Amidst rumors of having contracted Herpes from Derek Jeter and breaking up with Cash Warren (because he wouldn’t make her Mrs. Warren), Jessica Alba seems to be getting back in shape after having the baby.
She was spotted the other day at the local Whole Foods over at West Hollywood. There she met up with a friend, chatted and then bought some household necessities.
It looks like her wholesome diet is doing wonders for her figure. Just a few months ago she gave birth to her first baby, Honor Marie, and we all know how hard it is to get back your figure after having one of those. Her body is already smoking hot, as she was seen wearing a simple black hoodie and gray shirt. But that’s celebrities for you. If all else, having the baby made her breasts a little bit bigger.
People say that she looked happy and healthy, as she is reportedly going back to work to star in the upcoming “Sin City 2,” and has signed on to take on a role for the another movie titled, Invisible
